inline std::size_t sequant::eval::value_key_of(ValueCell const &c) noexcept

A whole forest linearized to a flat list of rich value cells over a single monotone static-point timeline. The Schedule consumed by peak_profile_sweep consumes a projection of this onto flat Cell's.

The value id of c: its key, or its node id for a cell built without one (every hand-built fixture; a value with nothing home-sliced has the two equal anyway).
