std::string sequant::detail::block_tag(std::string space_tag, const Index &idx)

Throws:

Exception – if idx has a basis instance and space_tag ends in a digit or _, which would make the instance indistinguishable from the tag

Returns:

the block tag of the mode idx: space_tag followed by basis_instance_tag(idx)
