std::string sequant::detail::dim_name(std::string space_dim, const Index &idx)

Throws:

Exception – if idx has a basis instance and space_dim ends in _, which would make the name of a negative instance ambiguous

Returns:

the dimension name of the mode idx: space_dim followed by _ and basis_instance_tag(idx) if idx has a basis instance, since each basis has its own extent
