inline bool sequant::is_kronecker_equivalent(const Index &bra, const Index &ket)

Returns:

true if an overlap between bra and ket is a Kronecker delta: the indices are in one orthonormal basis, i.e. have the same protoindices (compared in order, as by Index::operator==; symmetric ones are kept sorted), are not in two different basis instances, and neither basis has a general metric (IndexBasis::metric())
