std::string sequant::csv_labels(meta::range_of<Index> auto &&idxs)

Given a range of Index returns a comma-separated string of their full labels. eg. [a_1^{i_1,i_2},a_2^{i_2,i_3}] -> “a_1i_1i_2,a_2i_2i_3” eg. [i_1, i_2] -> “i_1,i_2” A basis instance N appends “#N” to its index’s label, unless it is registered under a name (then it is part of the label): eg. [a_1<i_1<;5>, i_2<;5>;7>] -> “a_1i_1#5i_2#5#7”
