struct ScopeBlockAxisLevel¶

One enclosing loop block on a value’s realized eval scope: the block’s canonical representative axis and its DagScopeLevel (depth / space / ordinal), read straight off ordered's block tree (so the ordinal of a forced-split sibling is the real one the runtime pushes, not a guessed one).
